How do I return the product?
Defective products can be returned within 14 days following the day of your order by sending an email explaining your reason for return to email@example.com.
You will need to send the returned product with all invoice copies and the package is not damaged, the product has not been used, has not been damaged as a result of usage error, you must send all the accessories and the reason for return by filling the Return Form on the back of the invoice by paying the shipping charge.
The return product price is returned to your credit card or account number after the products have been checked for compliance with the return conditions as soon as they arrive at the warehouse.
When will the refund be refunded?
All transactions related to the returned product are finalized within 2 working days from the time your product arrives at our warehouse.
Return and Exchange Terms
The product to be returned / exchanged must be shipped with the original package / box received. (Example: Products with cargo label affixed on the original box and taped with cargo duct tape are not acceptable.) The product must be returned as it was received.
The product to be returned / exchanged must not be used or damaged as a result of misuse.
Return / exchange of products that have lost their resalability and cannot be purchased by another customer is not accepted.
The desired product should be in stock.
The change is provided in the form of a number change on the product you have purchased.
In the Product Return Form on the back of the invoice sent to you, you must select the option "I want to exchange the product I ordered".
The number of exchanges for the same product is limited to 2 times.
The shipping charges on the 1st exchange will be covered by Kings Comfort, and the shipping charges on the 2nd exchanges belong to the buyer.
